Hello Everyone,

I hope you're all enjoying the summer and some good food, drinks and wine wherever you are. Just a quick note to let you know about some great nights coming up at our little Red Group for the rest of the year. August 28th is our final and biggest Sunday Brunch of the summer with tables and chairs outside for Seafront Sunday, live music + DJs on the balcony and with a Bank Holiday Monday to follow, £5 Mojito madness will run late in to the night. Rosso will also be open for an evening of pizza and Tinto will be offering its usual great gins, tapas and wine.

At the beginning of October the Red cocktail bar will be closing for a week for refurbishment, we are hoping to push the standard of drinks and service to the next level with hundreds of new spirits, a brand new cocktail list and stunning new decor to welcome you back! 

We have two fantastic wine pairing dinners for the year. The first is on the 19th October in association with Sommelier Wine and one of our favourite Masters of Wine Michael Palij MW. Michael kindly showed me round VinItaly a few years ago and has an amazing passion, particularly for Italian wines. He will be introducing the wines throughout the night to match a four course dinner created by Christophe! Price is 67.50pp. On the 22nd November we will be holding a superb last pairing dinner of the year to get us all in to the Christmas spirit. We will be serving canapés in the newly decorated bar and serving an fine wine pairing 4 course 'Anything but France' Dinner. So for all you Francophiles out there come and challenge yourself to enjoy some great wine from around the world matched perfectly again with some great food from Christophe. Price will be £75 pp.

The final Sunday brunch of the year will be Sunday 4th December with all the usual chaos of Christmas.

Talking of Christmas, please don't hesitate to enquire about our party menus for both Red, Rosso and Tinto. All venues are available for private hire and remember the cocktail bar is available for private lunches at no extra cost.

Lastly thanks for all your support for Tinto, it's been an incredible success, thanks to the staff in there for making it what it is. Who knew we all liked Gin that much!!!
